Weird How

It's weird when you going to lose hope or faith on something and weird things will happen. Weird How?

The story goes like this, the other day I was looking my dead desktop and thought to myself. Heck if it is not running, why don't I just dismantle the whole damn thing. Maybe is the power supply or so I thought myself that the reason it is not running. So I dig out my trusty multimeter (not mine is my bro's) from the store (after start working all elect/electronic related stuff has been shove into the store along with my knowledge with it...sigh) and begin to pull the parts apart.

First, graphic card to go.....unscrew the screw....due to the space constraint of the CPU, it is pretty hard to get it out. So I need to push the casing a little wide open. Puuuuusshhhh Puuuulllll. No luck. it is not coming out. Even after I have deformed the casing a bit. I thought to myself. If I were to pull abit harder. I might just pull bits of the motherboard together with it. Making decision. Should I just do it. My nephew were standing next to me playing my keyboard, screwdriver, cd...and almost anything that he can reach. This is what you get when you hav babies in the house. Heck.

Okay. Hell with it. I am going to just pull the damn thing with all my strength. One Two.......
Just about to happen. I just suddenly thought about it. Have I unplug the monitor cable attach to the graphic card?!?!?!?!!?.......
SHiiiiiittttt....that the word utter out my mouth uncontrollably. Naturally, my nephew repeats my words after me. Sigh. This reminds me of role models. I did teach him A, B, C, D, Car, Carrefour, Nose, Head, Eye, Kau Fu (uncle even though he pronounce as Carrefour but I am happy enough) and list goes on......but shit is not the word I wanna to teach. I looked at him...and he looked at me and blink his eye. Sigh. Move on shall we.

Next to go. I took out the motherboard button battery. This time I am going to really reboot the bios for sure. Next, power supply to harddisk. And finally power supply to the motherboard. Just as I wanted to pull it this time. I am for sure check if there is anything that attach to it. Nope. Nuthing. Puuuuulllllllllllllllllll.... No luck. Same thing. Naturally. I thought of my bro image talking to me. "Power cable to motherboard is very fragile de....especially when the system is a couple of years old". Heck. It does look fragile and it don't seems to be coming out. So I grabbed my phone and call my bro seeking some engineering opinion. However, I am just asking the same thing I already know. Is there a clip attach to the cable. Check. Yes. Even though I know the answer, still wanna ask. Weird.

After some tiring ten's of minute. I gave up. Hardware is really not my thing. There is no undo, there is no simulation, there is no save and try it. Demotivated. I slowly put back all the things together. My real intention of testing the power supply failed. Power-ed up the system. To my surprise, it booooteed!!!.. and I looking at the Bios screen. But seems my joy short lived. I try to navigate the screen with my keyboard. It dint move. Damn. Hang at Bios again. Suck. Just as I want to switch it off. The lady live within my motherboard (a probe in my motherboard with lady voice that I love and hate) said...."No Keyboard found.....No keyboard found"

Yeah. I did it. It work. Weird. Weird How.

Whateverla

This is not getting better..........
1) Car got scratched by don't know who for whatever reason
2) Desktop computer just died for don't know what reason and just keep on hang (can't even log in to BIOS) with a voice keep telling "CPU failed due to overclocking.....CPU failed due to overclocking.........)
3) Altec lansing speaker starts to giving behavior........
4) People around starts to giving behavior.....

Whats more to come for the coming weeks.........

Life like that........

First I wanna say....my BabyGodzilla oredi ONE YEAR OLD........since the first time I blog about it......here......
Coincidentally......my car did a 15 000 KM in one year time at the same night it turn one year old......
Well, after driving it for one year....I have no major complaint.....it feels almost same horsepower like my old BabyGodzilla aka Wiralution 1.5L...more quiet (due to it is still new kua) and more comfortable and less bumpy (due to high profile tire.PS: dunt change your rim or the profile else you will regret). It is my trusty workhorse that bring me to work to yumcha to movie to badminton.....and occasionally have some vroom vroom with some vios or alike...........

Sadly enough today...I wash my car after like 2-3 weeks (usually wash it everyweek) due to traveling here and there this few weeks.........and to my surprise...there is this scratch to my car front bumper......haiz...some idiot seems to be scratch my car due to their IMPOTENT of driving car..........
Can see ma? Haiz....poor camera.....
What a great way to mark my BabyGodzilla first anniversary..... Thank Q to who ever did this....I hope you have a good sleep at night.....
Please also stop buying your license every year....you are endangering other motorist.........
Another lesson of the day......always wash your car every week.......you will then know your car better and know when you got hit by some F@#K&@.........

Marathon Weeks

In response to KJ's Movie Marathon......in fact I did a marathon last 2 weeks ago.......and the weeks before that too (for John Conner)..............

Last two weeks....after my house second floor renovation completed....I manage to dig up a projector that is entrusted to me by my father.....to take care of it.....
It did collected some dust and lying around the corner......however, it still manage to start up...
Quickly I hook up the cable to my laptop......................

Viola.........Fast&Furious I, II, III, IV............
The movie that I still dunt dare to do a marathon is...............StarWARS....anyone?

It's thinking about it..........

This week seems to past by quickly enough, but just that I have not gain enough sleep. How many hours does a human need to sleep? It appear as when you are older you will need less hours of sleeping and more hours of working. Even when you are not working, you are suppose, your brain suppose to be keep working and thinking and thinking and thinking. Something that I been doing for past couple of weeks. For whatever reason, I still dunt know.

Anyway, this week, traveling begin again. Deployment is reaching further and further away from home. This time around, we have the honor being the trainer and it is at Kluang. Nope. We dunt have the chance to enjoy Kluang Coffee yet if you are wondering. Hopefully, this coming week we will have the chance.

Being there for three days, your mind will start to wondering around especially when at nite alone in your own room. In the room, you will realize how things is prepare in such a way. Single serving pack of sugar, single serving tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gels, single serving.............................

I got to admit, since I got all for myself.....it take me sometime to roll from one corner to another....

The training venue is generally quite nice....with alot of green, fish and organic foods. But, organic food is not something I would be too fancy about. Anyway, here we go again tomorrow......with organic food that keep me fit and slim only after 3 days...............

I think I have lost it.

I used to clip it on my shirt pocket every morning before going to office. In fact, I have realize I dint have it in my pocket since this week Monday. However, I dint bother to check if I have left it in my room or I actually lost it on Monday. Cos I assume it is in my room or at the living room. Assume.

Apparently, today I realize I was wrong and I actually lost it.

This reminds me of things that used to be around,quite often we overlook or even dunt bother to appreciate it. Quite often we think that it will always be there for us. Until the day we really lost it. This applies to chances that been lying around us where we dint bother to take it, thinking there is always another chance or another day. Until the day we missed it, and pass each day regretting.

Human is such a weird.
